Cake Decorating Classes

J Course I Limit 6 per class

Course Description:
Students will learn to level, seal, and frosted a cake. Plus the uses of three difference types of cake decorating bags. How to color the frosting, make drop flowers leaves and stars. How to print on a cake. How to transfer a patten on a cake. They will also learn how to mold sugar. How to figure pipe some vegetables. And also some border work . Students will learn the rose, sweet pea. Plus the use of piping gel

Course Description:
Students will review course one and work on any trouble spots. Students will learn new borders, thirteen new flowers, which include Lilly of the valley, bachelor button, chrysanthemum, apple blossom, daisy, forget me not, poinsettia, pansy, primrose, violet, daffodil, jonquil and narcissus. Plus the holly leaves, making the fern, violet leave, and making a tree. Students will put all these flowers together on a basket weave frosted cake the last night of class.

All classes must be pre-registered for, with a deposit of $10.00 which will go toward the final class payment In case of a canceled class, (by us) all deposits will be refunded. If you do not show up or you miss a class you may make that night up when the course runs again at a later date.
